Please read this short note so you know exactly what S.E.A. Space Academy is, and what it is not.
1. An independent product
S.E.A. Space Academy is an independent learning product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, or by any school or examination body.
2. Use of the name “SEA”
“SEA” and “S.E.A.” are used only to describe the Secondary Entrance Assessment that this programme helps children prepare for. No official status is claimed.
3. Practice papers are original
All practice questions and mock papers were written by us to match the style and topics of the assessment. They are not official past papers and are not taken from official papers.
4. No guarantee of results
Practice helps, but we cannot guarantee any exam score, pass, ranking or secondary school placement. Results depend on many things, including the child, their schooling and the exam itself.
5. A supplement, not a replacement
The programme is extra support at home or in class. It does not replace a teacher, a parent or guardian, or the official curriculum. Please keep working with your child’s school.
6. Computer voices and automatic checking
The narration voice is computer-generated (text-to-speech), not a real teacher. Ask Ms. Maya (the AI helper), read-aloud speech checking, spell checking, writing marking and predicted mock scores are automatic and can make mistakes, for example by mishearing a word or missing an error. Parents should review their child’s work and results, especially written answers and essays.
7. Check official sources
Exam dates, rules, formats and registration details can change. Always check the Ministry of Education’s official announcements and your child’s school for current information.
8. Privacy
How information is handled, including microphone use for read-aloud, is explained in our Privacy Policy. Use of the programme is governed by our Terms of Use.
9. Characters
The explorers, avatars and characters in stories and questions are fictional. Any resemblance to real people is a coincidence. Places in Trinidad and Tobago are used only to make the stories feel familiar.
